During the course of an eye exam our optometrists will perform an evaluation of the health of your eyes. Eye diseases such as Glaucoma and cataracts are just some of the eye diseases that can be diagnosed by an eye exam, but did you know, systemic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, and hypercholesteremia are just some of the diseases that can be seen with a simple look at the retina aka the back of the eye. Gotran Optometry offers the revolutionary Optos Retinal Imaging system that allows us a 210 degree look into the back of the eye without the use of drops.
